Yekaterinburg schools to hold lessons on reunification with Crimea

Schools and universities in Yekaterinburg will hold open lessons this month on the recent reunification of the Republic of Crimea and the Russian Federation.

According to the Yekaterinburg education officials, many schools in the city have already been teaching lessons on the history, leaders and social structures of Crimea, which rejoined Russia last month, reports.

Several high schools have begun offering classes on Crimean history, beginning in ancient times up to the collapse of the Soviet Union, along with discussion on the current political situation in the peninsula.
