URFU's economics exchange program under way in Bulgaria

The Ural Federal University's (URFU) economics department has initiated a student and staff exchange program in Varna, Bulgaria, that was coordinated last fall.

Exchanging academic talent with other universities will improve the international standing of URFU, The students in Bulgaria will spend the next several months studying multi-agent systems, business modeling, corporate networks and other topics. They will be allowed to choose the subjects that they find most interesting while they experience Bulgaria's rich culture and history.

Instructors at the educational institution in Bulgaria have reported good reviews of Russian students. They like that Russian students attend class regularly and display a solid educational foundation. After the program is complete, each of the participating students will receive a certificate verifying their successful term in the exchange program.

Founded in 1920, Ural Federal University, located in Yekarerinburg, is the oldest university in the Ural region. It has 5,640 academic staff members and 57,000 students.
