The Sverdlovsk Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund is now accepting applications for the National Industry Prize of the Russian Federation Industry award.
The competition is intended to encourage diversity and development of advanced technologies that will improve Russia’s industrial production. Entrants will be judged by technological innovation (the effectiveness of the company’s technological inventions versus the technology currently available on the market); the economic effect (the demand for the innovation and the ultimate economic outcome); the influence on the industry’s development (whether and how much the technology can be used to improve competitiveness, productivity and growth rates in Russia’s various industries); and the product’s orientation towards the global market (how much the technology will improve the company’s international success).
Applicants can only be Russian companies. There is no entry fee, and participants must submit a two-year work history. Applications must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before Feb. 27. The Expert Council will select a winner and an awards ceremony will be hosted at the International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM 2015 July 8-11 in Yekaterinburg.
The contest is organized by the Russian Federation's Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Expert Council Award, and Russia's head of the Council of Ministers of Industry and Trade.
