The Sverdlovsk Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund recently announced that it will offer a free seminar to discuss successful recruitment and motivation.
Performia Ural president and international business coach Malyshev Konstantin will lead the seminar on March 5 from 2-5 p.m. He will cover highlights of the interviewing process, including what to ask candidates and how to assess an individual’s skill level, and provide steps to prevent employee burnout that can improve every company’s efficiency.
Thanks to these seminars, employers will be able to better determine and predict their employees’ behaviors for a more peaceful work environment.
In 2008, despite the economic crisis, Konstantin discovered and developed Performia in Yekaterinburg, employing more than 1,000 people to distribute his health products in eight Russian cities. He has personally trained over 5,000 people in the art of negotiations and sales.
The seminar will be hosted at Yekaterinburg, ul. East, 7d.
