Eduniversal recently ranked the Ural Federal University’s Business School as No. 12 in the top 1,000 best business school programs in the world.
This is the seventh time UrFU’s Business School has been ranked in the higher education rating agency's top 1,000 schools. The specific program that earned the award this year was the school's Master of Strategies.
To rank schools, Eduniversal divides colleges and universities by programs and types. Then they analyze the reputations of the schools among the university’s colleagues and competitors, using foreign partners and student and graduate reviews.
In addition to being ranked 12th in the Eduniversal poll, UrFU’s Business School was awarded two palms by the Paris-based agency, which means it is a "good business school with strong regional influence."
Oleg Obukhov, incoming director of the UrFU’s Business School, intends to improve the program's international standing when he takes over in January.
"I plan to make the largest business school in the Urals regional center in the field of business education by the standards of international level,” Obukhov said.
