Sverdlovsk Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund expands, now has 17 partner banks

The Sverdlovsk Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund has expanded and now includes 37 partner banks.

The fund’s growing number of partner banks will enable businesses to apply to a larger group of banks for loans. Bank loans are in high demand, and these new partnerships will help many entrepreneurial businesses, as the majority of their growth is held back because of lack of funding. Enabling these business applications will assist the entrepreneurs in their next steps.

The fund is also developing its latest idea -- contests and auctions in which member banks can participate for contracts and agreements.

Earlier in 2014, 1 billion rubles was collected to support both small and medium-size businesses. The Sverdlovsk Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund was behind the organization of this collection.

For entrepreneurs who seek bank loans and bank guarantees, there is a list of the fund’s partner banks at www.sofp.ru

The new partners of the Sverdlovsk Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund include both federal and regional banks, such as Sberbank, Bank of Moscow, the Agricultural Bank, Banca Intesa, the Ring of the Urals, Khanty-Mansiysk and PSB.

The Sverdlovsk Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund anticipates continued, steady growth in its number of partners as entrepreneurs gain prestige in the Sverdlovsk region.
