MGIMO faculty presented education achievement awards by Russian government

Late last month, seven faculty members from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) were awarded with the title of "Laureate of the Russian Federation in the Field of Education" by the Russian government.

The award is intended to acknowledge significant pedagogical achievements made by Russian university educators in their respective academic fields.

This year's laureates from MGIMO were Tatiana Alexeeva, the head of political theory; Xenia Borishpolets, a professor of political science; Alexei Voskresensky, the dean of the political science department; Marina Lebedeva, the head of the Department of World Politics; Artem Malgin, the vice-rector for general affairs; Mikhail Narinsky, the head of the Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy; and Alexander Chechevishnikov, the deputy director of the Institute of International Studies.
