USUE hosts Run for Me event for personal health

Ural State University of Economics hosted the "Run For Me" event on Monday as part of a nationwide project organized by the Rosmolodezh Federal Agency for Youth designed to encourage healthy lifestyle habits among younger generations.

The event taught participants about effective physical activity and rational dietary practices. Participants were invited to run around the monument to the soldiers.

After the event, USUE sponsored a tour of the sports and health improvement complex at USUE, which was founded in 1967.

The university trains more than 15,000 students a year, and since its founding, more than 450,000 students have graduated from the university. The school works to contribute to the economic prosperity of the Urals region by providing training for employees to become valuable members of the business sector.
