USUE hosts Russian-Kazakh youth economic forum

Ural State Economic University's Department of Economics and the Department of Foreign Economic Activity recently put together hosted a Russian-Kazakh youth forum on leadership and innovation in the 21st century.

The event brought together young scientists from Russia and Kazakhstan to discuss work in the field of international economic integration.

The event was moderated by Victor Kovalev, the head of the department of foreign economic activity at USUE, and Svetlana Ginieva, the director of the economics department at USUE.

Speakers at the event included the director of economic cooperation and integration with the CIS Economic Development Ministry; the vice president for academic affairs and research at Rudny Industrial Institute and a senior fellow at the Institute of Economics.

Speakers presented facts and figures related to the integration of the two countries, and the event concluded with the adoption of a resolution.
