UrFU Vice Rector Matern helps launch United Russia campaign

Anatoly Matern, the vice-rector at Ural Federal University, recently worked with representatives of the regional and federal government to launch the United Russia campaign in Yekaterinburg.

The campaign places a "New Horizons" tent in the center of the city, which offers information to citizens regarding the most pressing questions of the city and its citizens. Citizens can see the layout of the World Expo 2020 and get details on programming for the upcoming "Day of the City."

The task of the New Horizons program is to make sure people are satisfied with medical treatment and to also ensure that teachers feel comfortable and understand that the citizens care about them.

The goal of the program is to support the mother and child; support the family and offer socially-oriented health care, primary health care, support for children and youth; and to create counseling services for children and many others.
