UrFU to begin accepting submissions for Pen Against Corruption journalism contest

Ural State Economic University, a co-sponsor of the "Pen Against Corruption" journalism contest, announced that it has begun accepting writing submissions for consideration.

Created to raise media and public awareness of corruption within the Russian government, "Pen Against Corruption" is open to both freelance journalists and writers, as well as staff writers from local, federal, state and corporate media agencies.

Writers may submit their work as individuals or work in groups.

Contest winners will be announced by USUE rector Mikhail Fedorov at a ceremony at the university on December 6, the eve of International Anti-Corruption Day.
