The UralVagonZavod Corp. added its Volchansky subsidiary Wednesday as another development site in the company’s extensive repertoire.
The Volchansky branch will consider popular products for the company to create and add to the market. The ability to detect popular products will enable the company to increase its profits and ascend to yet another stage in company growth.
Presentations are given every day at the Volchansky branch. Topics revolve around how to develop new products that will compete on the market.
All staff members are essential to the detection and creation process. Employees make dozens of innovative proposals every day.
One of the proposals, an idea concerning how to use slow-combustion boilers, has already been approved. Other proposals include ideas for creating foam concrete blocks, one-of-a-kind furniture and ornate ironwork.
The proposal for ornate ironwork has already been partially implemented in the company’s designs and manufacturing.
The UralVagonZavod Corp. includes more than 20 industrial, research and design offices through Russia. Founded in 1936, it is a leading domestic manufacturer of railway freight cars.
