The Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development (UBRD) is the 23rd largest bank in Russia in terms of individual deposits, Kommersant recently said.
As of Oct. 1, individual deposits totaled $1.9 billion. The bank's balance sheet liability was 47.24 percent.
SKB, another area bank, was ranked 32nd with $1.3 billion in individual deposits and a liability percentage of 73.70.
Moscow banks took the top 15 places among Russian banks for individual deposits.
The top three banks were Russian Savings Bank, which posted $1.6 trillion in deposits with liability at 49.70 percent; VTB 24 with $29.5 billion in deposits and 68.87 percent liability; and Alpha Bank, which amassed $8.1 billion with 26.23 percent in liabilities.
